Bar and Waiting On Staff

 Professional, friendly people required for busy Gastro Pub in the heart of Derbyshire.

Must be aged 18 or over. Previous experience preferred, although not essential. Duties include serving customers drinks and food in a polite, courteous and timely manner at all times, cash handling, stock replenishment, responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar and restaurant areas when on duty, keeping accurate records and promoting excellent customer service.

Good rates of pay for right candidates. Full and Part time available. Hours negotiable.

Experienced Sous Chef

Experienced Sous Chef for newly refurbished Gastro Pub in the heart of Derbyshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, the role incorporates the commitment to working with all fresh ingredients which has become synonymous to the organisation.

You will have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. You will be a team player who is able to integrate well with the ability to work using your own initiative. Your will be responsible to the Head Chef and your duties will include Menu Planning, Ordering and Stock Control.

Flexible working hours to include regular weekends. Salary negotiable dependent on level of experience.
